"Seeking Wisdom"

Bring a book!

Many of us turn to books to help us sort through the big issues we face. These can be non-fiction or fiction.

For this gathering please bring the title or titles of books that have most inspired you, or led to a shift in your journey toward a deeper commitment to climate action, social justice or the ‘truth' part of Truth and Reconciliation. If possible, plan to speak to why you chose that book or read a short passage from it

If you are interested in forming a small group for discussion of these packets and want any assistance with this, please contact Anne Mayall. This can be an excellent way to deepen connections within our community. We acknowledge that we live on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem First Nation), which lies within the shared territories of the Tsleil-Waututh, Katzie, Musqueam, Qayqayt, Squamish, and Sto’:lo Nations. We thank the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm who continue to live on these lands and care for them, along with the waters and all that is above and below
