Join us as we unveil our proposed Sociocracy Governance Structure!

Your Sociocracy Team has been busy this year studying and applying Sociocracy to the work of creating the initial governance structure for UUSS. We are ready to share our proposal with you all and hope you will participate! Our governance structure is a key foundational piece to support us to continue evolving into the inclusive, non-hierarchical and well-functioning community we all long for.

We will host an information, Q&A and proposal feedback session on Saturday, May 23rd from 2 pm to 4 pm at St. Margaret’s Cedar Cottage. This is a chance for us to share our excitement and learnings from studying and practicing Sociocracy over the last 6 months! Please join us so that your wisdom and priorities are reflected in the final design of our circle structure. We want as many community members as possible to share their feedback and suggestions so that we start this exciting chapter in a good way. 

This event will be a hybrid in-person and zoom session. So, if you can’t make it in person, please join by zoom. The zoom link will be shared closer to the event.
